Terms of Service

Playmaker Cards designs and prints custom trading cards from photos taken at your team's events. Parents order online through a private, team-specific page, and we deliver the finished cards in person — typically at a season banquet or pickup day set by your team.

Ordering is for parents and legal guardians of athletes on a participating team, using a valid team access code. Please keep your access code within your team — do not share it publicly or with people outside the team. You agree not to attempt to access another family's data, photos, or orders.

Card pricing is set per team and shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify, our checkout and payment provider; Playmaker Cards does not store your card details. Your order is confirmed once payment completes and you receive a confirmation email.

• Orders must be placed before your team's order cutoff. After the cutoff, the ordering page closes to new orders.
• Prices and any applicable taxes or fees are shown at checkout.

We print all of a team's orders together and deliver them in a single batch in person on your team's chosen date. We do not ship individual orders. If you cannot attend the delivery event, contact us to arrange pickup of your cards.

Because cards are custom-printed for your order, changes and cancellations are limited once an order is placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at orders@playmakercards.com and we'll do what we can before the order goes to print. Once cards have been printed, they generally cannot be refunded.

Cards feature photos of minors, so ordering requires parent or guardian consent. By ordering, you agree to our Photo Release. How we handle and store photos is described in our Privacy Policy.

The card designs, templates, and the Playmaker Cards name and branding belong to Playmaker Cards. You may use the cards you order for personal, non-commercial purposes. The photos remain subject to the rights of the photographer and the consents described in the Photo Release.

The service is provided on an “as is” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Playmaker Cards is not liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. (This section is being finalized with counsel.)

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. (Subject to counsel review.)
