Privacy Policy

• Parent details: your name and email address.
• Athlete roster details provided by your team (such as name and event entries) used to match photos to your athlete.
• Order and payment-status data. Payment itself is handled by Shopify; we do not store your card details.
• Photos taken at your team's events by the team photographer.

We use this information to:

• Identify your session and connect you to your athlete.
• Show you the photos that match your athlete.
• Process, print, and deliver your order.
• Send order confirmations and necessary service messages.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the ordering and fulfillment process:

• Shopify — checkout and payment processing.
• Our print vendor — to produce your cards.
• Resend — to send order and confirmation emails.
• Vercel and Supabase — hosting and database.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use children's data for advertising or profiling.

This service is intended for parents and guardians, not children. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children. Athlete details come from the team and the ordering parent, and athlete photos are used only to fulfill orders.

Photos of minors are stored in private storage and are never public. They are served to a recognized parent only through short-lived, signed links scoped to that parent's athlete. Galleries are gated by your team's access code.

We keep order data and photos for as long as needed to fulfill orders and meet our obligations, after which they are removed. A parent may request deletion of their data, and a team may request a full purge of its season data. To make a request, email orders@playmakercards.com.

We use private storage, signed access for photos, and a PCI-compliant processor (Shopify) for payments. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the data we hold.

You may ask us what data we hold about you, request corrections, or request deletion. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws (for example, in Texas or California). (State-specific disclosures are being finalized with counsel.)
